Arabanoo is our adventure canyon for the weekend. None of us have been there before. It is typical of Kanangra canyons - big, wide open abseils with the potential to stay dry if you try hard enough, but sometimes it's just easier to get wet. Because of its abundance, we think "Stinging Nettle" is a good alternative name for the canyon. Leeches are out in force today too.
